SIGN OR CONVICTION? -godlydietwitholumide 110

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

(Hebrews 11:1)

Conviction gives a better assurance than a mere sign.

Some are seeking after signs to validate what God has said but lose out eventually when doubt overrides their weak foundation.

If God has truly spoken to you about a brother/sister, keep trusting in Him rather than looking for mere signs like, "If she wears yellow top today, she is my wife", "If he calls my name with a smile today, he is my husband", "If he/she shares a particular revelation with me, he/she is the one" etc.

However, God can give you a sign but your primary assignment is to trust Him as He leads you every step of the way to your marital fulfilment.

Don't run after signs. Many have been deceived thereby.

Be convinced and everything will turn around for your good.

God will reward your trust and patience if you surrender your all to Him.
