*CONCLUSION*
The Holy Spirit persuades the heart to come to Christ, regenerates souls and sanctifies each child of God. The Holy Spirit is Sovereign and has been at work Since He descended on the day of Pentecost. The Holy Spirit empowers the Church/ believers with the baptism of the Holy Spirit and gives gifts of the Holy Spirit to believers as He wills.
