WHO IS YOUR FATHER?



Permit me to ask this question, WHO IS YOUR FATHER?

There is absolutely no human being without a father. A fatherless child can be regarded as a bastard, and same also goes for a child who mistakes his father for another man. This is the irony of many today as they cannot lay a direct claim to their Father, while others have consciously or ignorantly written a disclaimer on the existence of their Father. The importance of fatherhood cannot be over emphasized, because he provides both physical and spiritual direction for the family. However, even our Lord Jesus Christ laid claim to His father in the book of John 10:30, when He said “I and my Father are one”. Jesus Christ also went on in several bible passages to give us a revelational insight and spiritual knowledge about His Father.

Moreover on the other hand, the devil has no father, but has become a father to many. The greatest mission of the devil here on earth is to steal the son-ship of many souls living here on earth, thus disconnecting them from their source of power and making them vulnerable for destruction. Lucifer is powerless in an atmosphere of Godly wisdom, but becomes very powerful in an ocean of ignorance. Ignorance is the food he feeds on daily, and that was why the bible said in the book of Hosea 4:6, that people perish for lack of knowledge. The bigger the level of ignorance in the life of an individual, the fatter the devil. Knowledge of the truth is an expensive weapon that the devil cannot afford you to have. There is a huge campaign by the devil and his agents in these last days to lure more souls to hell with the aim of destroying them, no wonder the bible said in the book of John 10:10, that the thief cometh not, but to steal, kill and destroy.


However, it is of utmost importance to know your Father and who you are worshiping. I crave your indulgence to rephrase the earlier asked question and to ask again, who are you worshiping? The devil knows that religion is a powerful tool that can control the minds of men, so I ask again, are you ignorantly worshiping the devil under the guise of religion or have no knowledge about your real Father? God is the Father of the world, and son-ship can only be derived through Jesus Christ, who died for you and I on the cross of Calvary, that we may be saved. He is the only true God and He gives us the assurance of eternal life (John 17:3). The ancient of days as He is commonly called, existed before the beginning, and through His beginning, the world was created. All things were made by Him, and without Him was nothing made that was made (John 1:3).

The prodigal son realized his mistakes and went back to his father, and he was greatly welcomed without any form of condemnation. In the same vain Jesus Christ is calling you unto Himself that you might have rest and be a beneficiary of the kingdom of His Father.

Papa David Ibiyeomie through his foundation (DIF) renovates the house of Mama Priscilla Agwu in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The newly renovated and furnished house was handed over to her on Friday 5th of April 2019.  David Ibiyeomie presently takes care of countless number of aged people with comfortable accommodation, monthly upkeep and medical assistance. This is outside the Home For the Elderly built, furnished by the Church and is also taking care of some aged people. While handing over this house to Mama Agwu, Her family, friends and neighbors all came together to celebrate with her and could not hide their joy and shock at what the Lord has done for their mother through Pastor David Ibiyeomie. It is an interesting fact to know that 99.99% of most religions practiced today are imitations of either the Mosaic law as given to the Jews by God or idolatry as invented by men through the interface of spiritual entities as a way of worship.
