Let Each One Build One -Johnson Abbaly

Mixed reactions have trailed the opening and dedication of the largest church auditoruim in the world, located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. The auditoruim has a capactiy to accomodate 100,000 worshippers, which is indeed a record breaker.

The new headquarters of the Dunamis International Gospel centre is a sight to behold cited strategically along the Musa Yaradua express road.


The Senior pastor, Dr Paul Enenche, wife and the Dunamis family, welcomed dignitaries all over the world to the opening and dedication of the new internation Head quarters of the church. In attendance was former preseident of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the vice president, Prof Yemi Osibajo, daddy Adeboye, Bishop Oyedepo and the host of other renowned dignitaries whose professions cuts across various fares of life.

Some Nigerians have criticized the Senior pastor, Dr Paul Enenche for investing over 10 billion Naira on this massive project, when Nigeria is saddled with its huge poverty index, stating that the money would have been channeled into other sectors for the general wellbeing of the poor and less privileged. 

However another section of Nigerians have praised the name of the Lord for giving the man of God the vision, and grace to complete the project within a short time.

Mr Johnson Abbaly in this short and precise piece, encourages everyone to start building instead of criticizing those who achieve results through their commitment and hardwork. 

The question now is... WHAT ARE YOU BUILDING?


A pastor is passionate about his mission. He builds a 100,000 capacity auditorium to sit his people so they can learn spiritual principles that empower them to do the most good to humanity. - Let him be!

A doctor is passionate about reaching more sick people. He raises a consortium of interests and syndicates the funds to raise a 10,000 bed hospital and installs digital med-technology and  cuts down our medical tourism cost by a quarter - Let him be!

An educationist groans under the burden of the figure of out of school children. She decides to build bridge academies across the three geopolitical zones where the situation is most dire. She impacts over 100,000 children and gives them options - Let her be!

An engineer chooses not to cut corners. He collects soil samples. He measures strength of construction materials against opposing material forces. He builds solid bridges, theatres, public parks with guaranteed safety for hundreds of thousands of users. - Let him be!

A public official decides to cut down cost of maintaining his exotic lifestyle. He reduces his convoys, shuts down unproductive government outlets and installs probity and accountability into public financing. He then decides to pour all that saved monies into next generation projects, effectively increasing the competitiveness of his state and its human resources - Let him be! 

Let each one build something in the path of their calling.  Its easy to become an arm chair critic , but as Theodore Roosevelt said :

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat. “

Go start something too! Let each one build one.

It is an interesting fact to know that 99.99% of most religions practiced today are imitations of either the Mosaic law as given to the Jews by God or idolatry as invented by men through the interface of spiritual entities as a way of worship. Papa David Ibiyeomie through his foundation (DIF) renovates the house of Mama Priscilla Agwu in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

Papa David Ibiyeomie through his foundation (DIF) renovates the house of Mama Priscilla Agwu in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The newly renovated and furnished house was handed over to her on Friday 5th of April 2019.  David Ibiyeomie presently takes care of countless number of aged people with comfortable accommodation, monthly upkeep and medical assistance. This is outside the Home For the Elderly built, furnished by the Church and is also taking care of some aged people. While handing over this house to Mama Agwu, Her family, friends and neighbors all came together to celebrate with her and could not hide their joy and shock at what the Lord has done for their mother through Pastor David Ibiyeomie.
