LESSON 1:

1. Pentecost is not a denomination and should not be monopolized as a church label.

2. Being filled with the Holy Spirit does not make you a pentecostal, it is an enduement of power available to all believers.

3. The Holy Spirit gives us the empowerment to witness Jesus Christ and win souls for God.

4. Don't be categorized by a denomination because the only identity we have is Jesus Christ. You are not a protestant Christian, an Orthodox Christian or a pentecostal Christian, you are simply a Christian and Christ is our identity.

5. The pentecost experience is not a criteria for church membership, you don't receive the Holy Spirit because you are a member of a denomination, neither are you denied the pentecost experience because you are not a member of a certain denomination. The pentecost experience is available to all believers in Jesus Christ.

It is an interesting fact to know that 99.99% of most religions practiced today are imitations of either the Mosaic law as given to the Jews by God or idolatry as invented by men through the interface of spiritual entities as a way of worship.
