LESSON 1:

1. Preparation is a spiritual technology which God gives anyone He expects to make an effective and profound impact in ministry.

2. All ministries cannot thrive in every kind of environment. You can copy a man's pattern but you may not have the grace to replicate it.

3. Discernment of the pattern and spiritual environment compatible with the content or oil which God has impacted into your recreated human spirit is key for effective ministry.

4. There is a general, special and specific call to ministry. God calls everyone differently, He calls men and women as well, and the ability to understand the nature of your call, and stay within it's confines is key for effective ministry.

5. God's instructions are dynamic, so as a sheep you must constantly hear his voice. There is a difference between a NOW WORD, and a PROCEEDING WORD.
