LESSON 3:

1. According to the original design, we are not supposed to dominate other people but to have dominion over the earth and it's resources.

2. The true nature of leadership is the attraction of others to our gifts, which are deployed in their service.

3. Find your domain and serve it to the world.

4. If each individual bears the same image of God that you do, then it becomes impossible to separate his image from man himself. In essence, it's not possible to say that you love God but hate mankind.

5. To exercise leadership, you must believe that you are inherently a leader.

"When a person doesn't have a good self-concept, a strong self-worth, and high self-esteem, he will use his power in negative ways in order to compensate for his feeling of inferiority and vulnerability".
